Q. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY FLIGHT?
A. We recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time (there are no penalties for being early).
Q. WHAT SHOES SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY FLIGHT?
A. Enclosed shoes are a must (failure to wear enclosed shoes may result in cancellation) NO HIGH HEELS for ladies.
Q. WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY FLIGHT?
A. You can wear almost anything you want, however we would recommend conservative comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the weather conditions on the day. We will offer you a flight suit for your experience.
Q. CAN I TAKE A CAMERA?
A. Unsecured objects are not permitted in the cockpit if the camera is not completely secure then it will not be permitted on board. In any case we recommend that you sit back and enjoy the view instead of living your life through a lens. – Please note if you do carry a secured camera and for any reason it comes loose, your flight will have to be immediately terminated on safety grounds, regardless of its duration.
Q. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY VOUCHER?
A. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
Q. I HAVE A VOUCHER BUT I AM UNABLE TO USE IT CAN I CLAIM A REFUND OR REDEEM IT FOR CASH?
A. Unfortunately no! But the vouchers are transferable so you can give it to a relative or a close friend as a gift. Please see out terms and conditions for more information.
Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR A PASSENGER?
A. The minimum passenger age is 14 years old. Passengers 17 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the pre-flight briefing. Please contact our staff for further information regarding such conditions.
Q. IF I AM UNABLE TO FLY CAN I RESCHEDULE?
A. Yes in most circumstances we require 14 days notice.
